Do you take walk-ins?
Occasionally, when a chair is free. Because appointments are paced generously, booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
What if I'm running late?
Send us a note as soon as you can. We'll always try to fit the full service in, but we may shorten the finish so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Should I arrive with clean hair?
There's no need. Every cut includes a wash. If you wear product daily, come as you usually style it so we can see how your hair behaves.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Please do. Photos make the consultation faster, and we'll tell you honestly how the look will work with your hair type.
